    It starts with understanding your life, your personality, and the feeling you want the space to hold — not a color-swatch conversation. Nature is beautiful in so many different ways, just like us; the question is which of those ways is yours.

  2. Step 2

    Sourcing at Its Peak

    Materials come from small, passionate suppliers rather than mass-produced wholesale stock, because when materials come from smaller companies, there's more care. And every natural element — a grapewood branch, a manzanita limb — is inherently unrepeatable.

  3. Step 3

    The Imagination-Led Creation

    There's no blueprint. I pick up a single natural element, look at it, and start there — adding, removing, and reworking fragment by fragment until it feels resolved. There's no rhyme or reason. I just go with the flow, and the branch does a lot of the deciding.

  4. Step 4

    Radical Transparency, Installed

    Open communication on budget and timeline the whole way through, including owning mistakes when they happen. Then careful, high-impact placement — because where a piece sits changes what it does.
